Once purchased our office will reach out to you within 30 minutes to schedule your appointment on the day and time that works best for you.
Due to irrigation systems, drainage systems, and landscape lighting systems varying in size - our quarterly commercial yearly service agreements do not include our inspection, cleaning, and/or adjustment charges. These charges will be applied after initial inspection of the property.
Agreement entitles the bearer to the following:
Four (4) service request.
5% discount on all labor and material cost.
Discounted service request, inspection, cleaning, and adjustment charges.
Priority services.
A written report will be provided upon completion of every inspection. Written reports are scanned and uploaded to your customer file for your records.
Service request can be used at anytime, give our office a call to schedule your emergency service request at 813-812-4455.
Service agreements only expire once all service request/inspections have been used.
