IRRIGATION

COMPLETE IRRIGATION SYSTEM SERVICE

  • Inspection of the main water source (reclaim, potable, well).

  • Inspection and programing of the controller (timer).

  • Inspection of the entire valve manifold and wire connections.

  • Activate and inspect each sprinkler zone individually.

    • Inspect every sprinkler head for damage and coverage.

    • Properly adjusted every sprinkler head.

    • Inspect entire zone for proper head placement.

    • Inspect entire zone for damage.

PURCHASE AGREEMENT

DRAINAGE

RIGIOROUS DRAINAGE SYSTEM SERVICE  

  • Inspection of all catch basins.

  • Inspection of all sump pumps.

  • Inspection of all discharge emitters.

  • Flush and vacuum the following,

    • Catch basins

    • Sump pump pits

    • Discharge emitters

    • Corrugated pipes

ADVANCED LANDSCAPE LIGHTING SERVICE

  • Inspection of all transformers and photocells.

  • Inspection and program all timers.

  • Inspection of all wires and wire connections.

  • Activate and inspect each lighting section individually.

    • Inspect all lighting fixtures and bulbs.

    • Properly adjust all lighting fixtures.

    • Clean all lighting fixture lenses.

    • Hide all exposed wires.

QUARTERLY AND SEMIANNUAL INSPECTIONS
